The Quaama Progress Association Incorporated has been formed to promote the physical, communal and intellectual advancement of the village and surrounding rural areas known as Quaama in the Bega Valley Shire. We hope to protect the interests of the residents and to encourage a keener spirit of citizenship and mutual help.
Each year, at the AGM, an Executive Committee consisting of Office Bearers and 2 nominated ordinary members is elected to administer and manage the affairs of the Association.
General Meetings are held monthly at the Quaama Hall, commencing at 7pm. All residents are welcome to attend meetings, and to put forward suggestions and ideas that they would like the Association to take up. Membership costs $5.00 per year. Only fully paid up members can vote at meetings.
