The Quaama Community Hall is an important asset for the people of Quaama and the surrounding area. The Hall Committee is made up of local people who care about maintaining and activating the hall to benefit current and future generations.

Local volunteers play an essential role in supporting the character and life of the 18 community halls across the Bega Valley Shire. Every hall is unique and our volunteers help ensure these spaces are responsive to the needs and interests of their local community. There are volunteer roles in our halls to suit all abilities and everyone is welcome to play a part.

We are calling for nominations from people interested in joining the Quaama Community Hall Committee and working alongside Council to advise, manage and care for the hall. This opportunity will suit people who are enthusiastic about their community and who enjoy working with others to make a positive difference.

Nominations for committee membership close on 9th September 2016.
