Cheesemaking Courses, February & March

Introductory: Sat 13 & Sun 14 February, 9.30am-4pm
Advanced: Sat 12 & Sun 13 March, 9.30 am-4pm

Cheese making courses by 3rd generation cheese maker Geoff Southam will be held at the Quaama School of Arts Hall in Quaama.

Introductory Course:
Saturday 13 – Sunday 14 February
Making soft cheeses (Feta, Halloumi, Ricotta, Mozzarella etc.) using cow, buffalo and goat milk.
Cost: $160 for the weekend

Advanced Course:
Saturday 12 – Sunday 13 March
Making all the hard mature cheese styles (Camembert, Jarlesburg, Cheddar etc.)
Cost: $180 for the weekend

Courses start about 9.30am till 4pm. Everyone attending will have samples to take home.
