Cheese making courses by 3rd generation cheese maker Geoff Southam will be held at the Quaama School of Arts Hall in Quaama.
Advanced Course 14-15 May:
Saturday 14 – Sunday 15 May
Making all the hard mature cheese styles (Camembert, Jarlesburg, Cheddar etc.)
Cost: $180 for the weekend
Courses start about 9.30am till 4pm. Everyone attending will have samples to take home.
