At Last!!!   Your chance to learn the gentle art of Cheesemaking.

Geoff Southam, fourth generation cheese maker, will be giving a weekend course in the art of soft cheese making. This introductory course will have you making delicious Cottage, Chevre, Haloumi, Feta, Paneer & Ricotta cheeses..

You will be working with goat’s, cow’s  and buffalo milk.

Learn the basics, get the techniques and go from there.

INTRODUCTORY COURSES . Resumes in the Spring.   Making all the soft cheeses  like Feta, Haloumi, Cottage and Ricotta using both cow and goat milk.  Make Yoghurt and Buffalo Mozzarella.  Everyone gets samples to take home.

Cost $160 for the weekend.

 

 

ADVANCED COURSES to be held over two weekends in April, 2015.  Once you have mastered the basics   move on to the hard and tasty cheeses ….Cheddar, Gouda, Parmesan and Camembert.      This 2-day workshop shows you how to make all your favourite cheeses at home.

Cost $160 for the weekend.
